Yeah, still waiting for Sonic & Knuckles on VC, which is interesting now that XBLA has just received the game. Ah well, I'll continue playing this waiting game!*
Also, Super Smash Bros. would be a great VC title to have, so that I can have all three Smash titles available on my Wii. It would be a smashing success. 
*In fact, S&K would be my only Sonic game on VC, since I already have Sonic Mega & Gems collection on GCN. Yes, it's a bit... silly... but I'm a silly person.
