So buy a Wii. You aren't teaching Nintendo any lesson by not buying one, they don't care. You are however depriving yourself of games that you love and for what reason?
Furthermore if you are going to restrict yourself to sytems developed by companies with a squeaky clean track record, you better take up marbles.
