How do you deal with your anger?

I hurt myself. Sometimes punch myself in the had. Bash my hand into something [can't be a regular wall in a house... I've broken those b4... I usually go for cement, concrete, metal or something]. Use sowing needles and stab them into [sometimes through] my arms. Burn my skin. Etc.
