if you live in a city, then it is acceptable. Anywhere else and you should have broken triple digits already and lucky to be alive. It is the irresponsible male teen way.
(note to everyone reading this, I do not condone reckless driving, I just acknowledge that if you are a male teen you probably drive recklessly which you shouldn't. Thanks for listing to this public service announcement)
