In the US, it appears to be.

Gamestop, Bestbuy, Wal-Mart, and Amazon all list the game at $60. (Toys R Us does not yet have a listing for it).

My guess is the price will drop within a month, but they will collect the early-adoptor premium in the interim.

It is full price in the US but not in Europe.
