Soriku, those are shipment numbers not first week figures. That's why they may seem frontloaded, they are expecting the game not to sell all it's shipment in the first week.
For example for SD Gundam G, they expected sales to be no more than the first shipment, meaning they thought it wasn't gonna be able to sell even its first shipment. But they failed pretty bad on that one.
