I just picked it up this afternoon, and yes the controls are a bit touchy (pardon the pun), and yeah, the mandatory tutorial at the beginning sucks hard and almost zaps all the fun out of the game, but once you start messing around with the game yourself, it becomes quite enjoyable, albeit somewhat repetitive too, but hopefully there's more variety to the levels and puzzles as you progress through the game.
Best experience I had so far with the game was on the title screen *SPOILER WARNING*...
I was messing around creating vampires, zombies, werewolves, and letting them fight to the death, but the vampire kept kicking everyone's ass including mine. I tried taking it out with grenades and a rocket launcher but the bastard wouldn't go down... so I nuked the entire level haha!
