Yes plenty.
And yes... the PS3 version is much better due to the ton of extra content.

New playable Character (Patty)
lots of new minigames, new cutscenes, new subplots, new quests(from the main game), new songs, new towns, new bosses, new dungeons, boss fight replays, new artes, new skills, new equipment, scene skipping and connectivity with Tales of VS.
Saying it was "Much better" was actually an understatement. The 360 version is like a beta compared to the PS3 version.
