On the other hand, GTAIV was supposed to sell hardware like crazy...

it was multiplat

& it DID sell Hardware, look at the artificially high PS360 sales since Jan 2008.....they are caused by GTA4 (DMC4 helped too, but GTa4 was the main reason)
