People (including me) are assuming it's a WiiWare game due to it's title, Castlevania the Adventure ReBirth, since the original Castlevania the Adventure was for the gameboy.
EDIT: Also, because Konami have release two sequels to their franchises on WiiWare already - Gradius ReBirth and Contra ReBirth.
