The main reasons I liked Ocarina of Time More:
1) Twilight Princess had a bunch of fetch quests before half the dungeons, one of those (I think it was before some sky temple) caused me to give up on the game and I haven't looked back.
2) I found the dungeons in Twilight Princess to be uninteresting, they were places I just wanted to be in at all. I liked the ice temple, but none of the others which felt like work rather than play.
3) The world in Twilight Princess was very brown and grey. It had some nice looking places, but mostly at the beginning.
4) LOTS and LOTS of uninteresting filler stuff in Twilight Princess
Twilight Princess did have its advantages, better control, weapons, character graphics, etc... But the points above ruined it for me. I feel Ocarina of Time is just much more fun to play through.
