Killing Russians in like every game and movie ever = fine.
Killing Mexicans in GRAW2 = fine
Killing Africans in RE5 = RACIST!
Jokes about Americans- fine
Jokes about English people- fine
Jokes about Canadians- fine
Jokes about Indians- fine
Jokes about Africans- RACIST!
I honestly think this political correctness is getting out of hand. If something is said without malicious intent, it can't be racist. The ad didn't say "You can't believe everything you read on the internet, or those damned n******** would be a hell of a lot richer, f*** them." That would be racist, and terrible, and deserves to be taken off the air. This does not. The WWI joke isn't even funny.
