Have u heard about the EMRON case and Anderson Consulting that constituted the biggest corporate scandal in the world? do u know anything about SARBANES-OXLEY ? I doubt if you know it coz your level of reasoning gives most of u guys way as nonentities. I wonder if the CEO and financial controllers of EMRON are Nigerians. FORBES Magazine rated them the best company for six consecutive years b4 they were finally exposed. I guess the CEO and the Financial Controller were Nigerian Scammers as well. It shows how effective the Financial Control of the US is? The Almighty SEC, and the other regulatory authorities did a good job uncovering it , is that not so?
I think the whole world should have stopped doing business with American CEO's going by EMRON STANDARDS in that case or maybe Sony Corporation was not in existence when that case happened. Have u heard about NICK LEESON and BArrinsg Bank? Have u heard about Madoff? I guess SONY CORP> doesn't know they are Nigerians as well otherwise they ought to make advert about them as well. Do u know anything about the drug crime in Colombia and Mexico? I think Sony should make an advert insinuating that every businessman in Columbia nad Mexico are into drug trafficking. Sony needs to make an advert that every Russian and every Filipino lady (Corazon Aquinno and Gloria Arroyo are prostitues as well. To the guy talking about French fries , is the term 'French fries' derrogartory? I think u guys need to do a lot of self reflection b4 labelling others. I guess the global financial crises was caused by Nigerian e-mail scanners as well , cos I'm beginning to think that it actually started from Nigeria because of her weak financial controls. I wonder what happened to all the credit ratings that were being showered on all these companies , I'm sure it's all part of a sound financial control system, rite? Just because some good-for-nothing Nigerians have made this internet scamming a source of living doesn't give SONY the effrontery to make an advert of that. It just reminded me of the other day I was watching a news on FOX TV, where a Nigerian that promised an American guy that he's got a chemical that will turn paper into dollars was nabbed by the police, and the American given Pope Bennedict treatment. Are they not both guilty? It kinds of remind me of the ancient times where women are stoned to death for commiting adultery? I guess the women did it alone, rite? |

Second, that is ridiculous. At no point did Sony say all Nigerians were crooks, they were simply referencing a common scam. He could have said "I would have one a million bucks from an internet ad". but it wouldn't be as funny.
Stop bashing Sony because they made a joke, honestly. Nobody is blaming Nigeria for anything. Nobody is saying it is full of crooks. Nobody is saying that all Nigerians are poor and starving and will never amount to anything. It was just a reference. I'm sure there are millionnaires in Nigeria. They don't go around sending emails to people and offering them money. SONY DID NOT SAY THAT NIGERIAN SCAMMERS CAUSED ALL OF THE WORLD'S PROBLEMS! They didn't say that scammers did everything!
If somebody claiming to be a Filipino prostitute constantly spammed people's inboxes with requests for account info, then yes, that could be used in an advert.
I'm noticing a pattern in most claims of racism nowadays. Is anybody else thinking what I'm thinking?
