"why would Famitsu make this type of reveal? Well, Ultimate All-Stars (the localized version of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for North America) will be heading to Japan and it’s confirmed to support online play. The title will be out this winter."

So not only do they get the game a year head of us but they get our version also, lucky guys!

I don't know if I would consider having to buy the same game twice lucky.
