Why should Wii drop its price? Unless after the spike PS3 Slim settles on sales big enough to be 1st, Wii doesn't need a cut yet.
Maybe before Xmas 2010 Wii will be cut to $199, I don't see it very likely before, unless the condition I mentioned above comes true.
And think of it from another perspective: Nintendo cannot crush both MS and Sony, so it hasn't any interest to crush only one of them, as the other competitor would emerge from it stronger and more dangerous. It is in the interest of Nintendo to let the others fight each other without interfering and hoping the fight lasts as long as possible. Having to fight MS in Sony's place or vice versa would damage profit.
