Seriously Xbox fanboys, give it up. PS3 will come in second this gen. The ONLY thing holding it back up to this point was the price. It has the amazing game library (which will be better this year with U2, FF XIII, GT5), great online, Blu-ray playback, web browsing, photo viewing, music playing capability,and much, much more!
People who don't see more value in the PS3 now are either blinded by the US media or have boners for Halo, Gears, and Valve. |
Wow, I didn't know you knew what happens years from now? I could've sworn last year after FF XIII 360 and the 360 price cut the PS3 was doomed. But a year later look what happened. See how easily things change? But this is still a single week. That's just a blip. I'm not saying the PS3 can't hit 2nd, it definitely can (I'd prefer it did since I like the PS3 more than the 360) but take off those fanboy goggles.

Well, I think it's pretty common knowledge that price was the main barrier for consumers. Now that its $299 and offers more than the competition as a whole package, I don't see why people would choose a 360 over a PS3 unless they like the aforementioned exclusives.
