Any better ideas as to where the hell the name "Chibiterasu" comes from?

The word for "small" in Japanese is "chisai". "Chibi" is a variation of this word which means something along the lines of "dwarf" or "runt". Since the character is a smaller ameterasu you get chibiterasu.

Yes, I know that. It's an extremely unoriginal name. I was just trying to spice things up a bit and give the name more of a meaning. You know, Issun is really small and Amaterasu is a wolf... So together they make a tiny wolf.
