No specific word. Certainly it's in development. Matt casssamassina says that generally there are always two Zelda titles in production: one for handhelds and one for consoles. Since Phantom Hourglass is already out and so is Twilight Princess, that means they should be pretty well along in the production of the next Wii Zelda and in the planning stages for the next DS title.
We have no idea what style they will go with. It is entirely possible that they will stick with the Twilight Princess mood, but don't be surprised if they do an upgrade to the Windwaker graphic system.
I expect to see a teaser at E3 2008 or GDC 2008 with the final game going to retail in Xmas of 2009.
