Oh yes like Chinatown Wars destroyed the sales of Liberty City & Vice City Stories....
They would need to make a whole new engine for the Wii. And even though it might be cheaper developing on the Wii, it's still a huge game, so it will most likely be the most expensive Wii game ever. They would need to sell at least ~1.5 million units or it will probably make a loss.
