Sales for Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3 Slim hardware are fetching a premium at Ebay following strong initial demand at online retailers.
On Mon, completed listings for the PS3 Slim ended as high as $565.55 for a brand new unit with free shipping.
Lower winning bids ranged from between $325 to $425.
Sony sells the PS3 Slim at an MSRP of $299.99.
It price cut the current 80GB SKU to $299.99, while the 160GB SKU was price cut to $399.99.
The PS3 Slim currently ranks as the top-selling video game product at Amazon.com.
Last week, it held a backorder status at Best Buy Co. Inc.'s online division.
