That article made my head hurt.
Firstly, there is cross game chat on PS3, just not voice chat.
Secondly, PS3 games rarely have any lag or server disconnections beyond the first three days. Fat Princess is the only one that came to mind.
Thirdly, he says "I have also heard that PlayStation Network...". You never say "I have heard" in a comparison article.
And finally, what the hell is this website? From what I've seen, it's some sort of blog. Not saying that Xbox Live isn't worth the money, but really, did you have to dig up this poorly written article from an unheard of blog to prove that it IS worth the money? Nobody who doesn't already think it's worth the money is going to be persuaded otherwise by reading that.
