Sales Prediction: When will the Wii reach 100 million console systems?

What do you mean?

It took the PS2 6 years and 2 months to make it to 100 million.  That means the Wii has until January 2013 to make it to 100 million.  Just about every prediction is before that date.

Unless you are talking DS.  Then yes, it does appear like it won't be tracking above the DS for much longer.

What do I mean? Not one year ago people would've laughed at anyone who said it wouldn't make 100 million within 2010 and that it was tracking so far above the PS2 that it was guaranteed to pass it in lt sales within a couple of years.
