The 2 million WW figure is for March 2010 (en of the fiscal year). I wouldn't expect initial shipments (as the game releases around that time, the 1st shipments outside of Japan will be just in time to be included in that finacial year) to enable Capcom to reach their 2 million figure (ie the 1.2 million you mention). It could likley do it LTD though.
