Heavy Rain won IGN's PS3 Best Game of GamesCom award (above Uncharted 2 and R&C:ACiT, which both had awesome trailers- Ratchet & Clank now has space exploration). It's beginning to look less like a clichéd movie filled with QTEs and more like an awesome game with a great story. The E3 gameplay still puts me off, though. 5 seconds of exploration and 5 minutes of QUICK TIME EVENT! God of War is the worst QTE offender I've seen, and none of those went on for more than a minute! And those were the MOST DIFFICULT of the bosses, not some random guy with a pipe in a scrapyard!
MGS4 is officially coming to 360, with extra Otacon levels. Sony went bankrupt, Nintendo bought Sega, Microsoft sold the rights to the Halo franchise to Activision. Obama was impeached and Nixon is now President of the USA. And there's a giant UFO above Tokyo filled with aliens that look like Kif from Futurama.
That's about it, really. Oh and also, Malstrom is whinier than ever and seems to need to make a "WAH WAH EVERYONE HATES THE WII" blog post every few hours.
