Yeah it seems so. I've read somewhere that Half Life 2 sold about 10 million copies for the Pc version but I have no clue whether it is HD or not.

As I already said, there are many PC FPS that sold more than Killzone 2. Far Cry, Crysis, STALKER, basically every Valve game and so on
