Supply issues or not, there is NO WAY there were only 3,000 $299 ps3's in all of japan. I think the sales are more indicitive of rumors of a delayed FF game as well as GOW and GT5 quite possibily coming next year. People can get excited for a $299 PS3 but not if the anticipated games aren't there yet. Anyone who would want to use it as their blu-ray player probably already has decided to spend their money on one. |
