Can the Hardware landscape really change? Is history against the PS3

This. Exactly, this is what i was going to say. I am 98% sure that PS3 will outsell 360 on an average weekly sales but still it will  not catch up to the 360 for total consoles sold worldwide. But yeah it is not likely that PS3 will outsell the wii as already with a cheaper hd console available (arcade 360) the wii is still outselling..by a large margin

Yeah, if price mattered as much as Sony fanboys would have you believe the Xbox 360 would be beating the Wii with no problems.
