umm i think the gap will increase... well thats what i think, it's gna be more like 6-7 million by sept 2010. As much as PS3 is gna do huge numbers with FFXIII, but the wii has a wider llibrary going on right now and it can sustain more in the long run. Lets not forget the Wii hasnt had a pricecut yet, it's effect can be very big indeed.
Still i think both consoles can be a success in japan just like the PSP and NDS. They both are different and unique. I mean hell, PS3 has FF and the wii has DQ. Expect both consoles to do good numbers.
But saying that PS3 will reach wii by sept 2010, ur expecting it to sell 7 million consoles in one year? a feat not achieved by PS or PS2? thats just insane and has no sense in it
