 A little background

I regularly purchase games from many stores but a branch of Sainburys has twice sold me an opened/used game as new

Two years ago I bought a copy of a game and was so annoyed to see it had been played I took it back and demanded an apology.

No apology was given just a shrug and the game was replaced by a sealed copy.

I got over this, at least I thought I had.

Tonight the same thing has happened. A supposedly brand new copy of a game has had the seal razored through.

Closer inspection reveals creases on the instruction manual and dirt and fingerprints on the Media disk.

I am not willing to let this lie and given Sainburys poor response last time this happened I feel compelled to complain a lot higher than before.

Am I being unreasonable. Should the teenagers on the tills be allowed to pre play and soil my games as a perk of the job ?

What would you do ?
