They killed that franchise. Neither of these HD exclusives are going to make me upgrade anytime soon, but I'll at least buy the DVD of Transformers. |
Maybe Transformers felt short because it was such an awesome ride that time just flew by, seeing as the movie clocked in at 2 hours and 23 minutes. And almost everyone agrees that the action was top notch, even critics that didn't like the movie that much. Also Optimus got his ass kicked by Megatron in the movie, which is nothing like the cartoons where they are on par with each other. At my work about 95% of the people I talk to loved Transformers and can't wait for the sequel. I have my doubts if Spiderman 3 will beat disc sales from Transformers.
