I don't see the price cut being enough for Sony

Of course it wont rocket ahead. The determining factor will be next fall with natal and the wand. So far, the PS3 has barely managed to keep up with the 360 in terms of paraphenilia, and exclusives. This is largely due to the fact that the PS3 is in last place, and therefore not expected to be a big source of income for devs. Like it or not, the Devs are out there to make money, not make a bunch of fanboys slobber. I really don't see the PS3 being ahead of the 360 for very long, unless they do something amazing...and so far, I have seen no indication of that. 

EAget more money from PS3 than Xbox. Anyway, the PS3 managed to stay ahead of the 360 while it was more expensive until the 360 got the price cut. It will do well, and I think will stay ahead of the 360 until that gets a price cut, especially with XIII and GT5 pushing hardware sales
