this is where things get tricky. The US government has 48.7 trillion dollars in the world bank yet we are 9 trillian in debt. Now the question is since we are the richest country in the world (it takes the 27 European nations to top us by 6 trillion.)
What does the government mean by debt? its a matter of that anything we spend we dont get even close to a 4th back.
