Third parties haven't made any big-scale, well marketed "core" games on the Wii.
Resident Evil 4, RE: Umbrella Chronicles, and Monster Hunter 3 are the only three, and those have sold reasonably well.
Why should a Wii owner buy a middle-of-the-road title like The Conduit? Just because its a FPS?
Things like Madworld and Little King's Story are fairly high quality, but they're not very mass market friendly. Those games would flop on the 360 or PS3, those just aren't mainstream enough of ideas.
Put a Final Fantasy Dissidia game on the Wii. Kingdom Hearts. How about a real Resident Evil exclusive or Resident Evil FPS? A really good Star Wars game with WM+. Why not a real Soul Calibur game with WM+? I think you'll see better sales. These would sell. Red Steel 2 will sell if it's a good game.
