Name one platforming game on the Atari that involved a scrolling screen and predated Super Mario Bros. Go ahead.

I did not say he invented it, I said he "was responsible for the importance of motion control as we know it today". How exactly is that fallacious in any way? He designed the Wii Remote, is responsible for Wii Sports, and in general was the guy who put it in th hands of fifty million buyers and well over a hundred million people.

Rhythm games and music games (or just music game, I don't know of any music game that isn't Wii Music) are very different - music is a lot more than just rhythm. That's part of what Wii Music goes out of its way to exemplify.

Now how about you stop trying to oversimplify the matter at hand and actually address the point of how you could possibly come to the conclusion that Miyamoto doesn't drive the industry forward?

i'll name three. Moon Portal , Karateka  and Pitfall

actually you did and i marked it with a blue text :]

i thought sony fanboys were the worst on the internet i guess im wrong....
