This was a budget game also in Europe if i recall. The problem is (as someone brought up the Amazon price), that the prices are so much diffent in different stores. For example, some stores sold Players Choice games at nearly 70EUR price, at some point atleast.
Edit: Checked the price, it wasn't a budget title. Although, it has less-than-50 price, so it's in the same level with the non-big 1st party titles (Excite Truck for example).
