i assume nintendo offer the controllers to capcom at cost (of below the cost), that's why the bundle seems such a good deal and everybody wants it. i doubt nintendo is going to offer more
but, even if capcom and nintendo decided to make more bundles, do you think the retailers will order more while they have a ton of stand alone version sitting in stores? that will completely kill the sale of "stand alone" games AND pro controllers
i believe hardcore gamers will buy the game and controllers separately, even if the bundle were not offered
but now the MH fans all got their bundles, leaving the stand alone ones unwanted
