Microsoft raised the price of both versions of Modern Warfare 2, but that's not really why people hate them. You don't have to be a Sony fanboy to think Bobby Kotick is a douche for saying the PS3 needs a price cut, and then saying games need a price raise. They ditch every game they have that's anywhere near innovative and focus on milking their existing franchises into the ground.
That's enough reason for anyone to hate them.
