My company won't even look at you unless you have like a 3.5 GPA or higher. (which, I find somewhat bothersome as I know lots of people who shaped up in grad school and had excellent GPA then, but blew it in undergrad)
Anyways she can toss ever getting a job if this really hits the news, I'd never hire a sue happy person just because they didn't get what they wanted but didn't work for it.
