PSN vs. Xbox Live - which is better now?

+PSN for the PSN games
+XBLA for the chat feature

- XBLA for the price ( i don't use online alot , so i don't really want to buy it)
- PSN for the slow updates

they both have the same unneeded features though (movies , videos , blah blah)
