in my opinion, punch-out is just shorter, and probably not worth full price, while little kings story will take at least 20 hours if you just wanna get through the main game (get to final boss and beat him) and another 20 hours if you're into all the side-quests and collectables you could look for and the kinda secret areas of the map you could explore (that you don't have too).
i'd get little kings story now (as like noname said) this game is just the type of game unfortunately that stores only order pre-orders, and you will have a really hard time trying to find it, unless you wanna try our e-bay. i'd wait on punch-out!!! till it is cheaper.
EDIT: just checked e-bay. it's selling at or a little over full price right now lol.
