Believe me it fits into their future strategy. The future is the incorporation of Consoles into PCs. Much like ONLIVE they will be all based on internet and Digital distribution except on a global scale. All programs and operating systems will be run from servers and sent to your house. It means u never have to upgrade ur PC or console ever again!!!
But the answer to the question is yes they will! 130M is not very big when compared to the 4 billion they lost for the origional xbox and compared to what SONY has lost with the PS3
