Granted, but you eat a whole bunch of cheap food which would ordinarily taste disgusting, but you love it. And it is slowly killing you, from the inside. And you can't feel the pain because of the pleasure from the disgusting food you are eating. And finally, completely oblivious to your situation, you drop dead.
