SNES. A good deal of the PS1 hits were just sequels to breakout SNES games anyway. Combine Sony's lack of real first party classic's on PS1 and it isn't a contest. SNES versus the PS2 would be a more fair match up. That's when Sony started to spread its wings as 1st party game maker.
