i played only pc demo long time ago but i think i will it up for 360 if i find it - really liked the second game BTW. though i think Fear 2 is slightly better at some parts - school level was as hell.

Yeah, I love FEAR 1 and 2...but I never found them that scary. FEAR 2 has scary momnets when it pulls the mind-fuckery on you, like on that school level... but I never feel like I'm in danger as I have loads of ammo and slow motion bullet tiem on my side.

Condemned 1 had parts where I was running away from the direction I had to go in cause I couldn't deal with what enemies were there...until my run ability ran out...and when that happened, I think I just started sobbing. :)

i was playing Fear 2 with headset and alone in my house at least i though i was alone until the evening of the next day. my parents were out of town for a day, but apparently they wanted to come back earlier without telling me that earlier on the phone. picture that - you play Fear 2 during that school level with headset in supposedly empty and locked house with every light turned off and somebody just patted you on your back. i think i will have some trauma in the future thanks to my mother.

That school level was probably the scariest level of FEAR 2, but overall FEAR 1 had much more scary moments.

I'm a coward when it comes to horror games, but I've completed FEAR 2 without any signs of "fear". You hopefully aren't one of those guys who think that Bioshock is a horror game....

I'm a sucker for horror movies by the way. I think because I'm actively involved in a game makes horror games much scarier than a horror movies to me.
