I think the obvious answer to this question is no. If they made the game like this, such that only people who knew how to play tennis would be good at it, then most people would suck at the game and it would be no fun.  It might make it an incredibly good game but only for a very small number of people.

Why so glum?  It can still incorporate the tactics and strategies of tennis so that people with a knowledge of the game have some advantage but if the control was highly realistic i fear it would be much too unforgiving for most people.
