You say it appeals to Japan, well thats the one major market MS really need help in so a 360 slim would be a really good idea. And you can then include Europe which is where you go when you want to make money. C, Maybe you have a point there but they can still slim the console down a lot. Combined CPU/GPU, mobo revisions, slim DVD drive. The 360 is quite big as it is and when you look at it.

The problems with the 360 are so widespread that I can't even look up the original Xbox's various problems. Everytime I search "Xbox" it always ends up being the 360. But I know that the power supply/cord was a BIG problem for the original Xbox. It even burned a dude's house down
