I think part of this might be the need to keep the Wii-mote centred all the time, and the more sensitive the settings and the smaller the bounding box is set the harder it's going to be. It's something you just don't have to consider when you are using a mouse. I think it would take most Wii newbs a little bit of time to get used to it.
