Lol, you got raped by pro's the one time you played Halo didn't you. I can see how thats a turn off, alot of people when they fail at games get real pissed and hate it especially if their first experience with it is getting destroyed. Give Halo 3 a chance, Bungie made the Assault Rifle way stronger so even the worst people at Halo can destroy with that ridiculous weapon.

OT: Last generation GT was more popular, this generation Halo is more popular. But of course the sure way to tell is when GT5 comes out, if it outsells Halo 3 then yes its more popular than Halo, if it doesn't than it isn't as popular.

Oh my goodness. Someone is obviousley a fanboy if they hate an X360 exclusive right? Am I not allowed to have an opinnion without it already making me a fanboy? Do you have any idea how much I worship Gears of War? There are so many people that absolutley hate universally acclaimed franchises like Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil and the likes. Just look around on this site. There are people that hate Final Fantasy for absolutley no reason. I just honestly don't like Halo it's as simple as that. Now, you're right about one thing, my hate for Halo does not make it any weaker of a brand. But I do also believe that the GT brand is currently far ahead. All we have this gen. from GT is a demo, wait till GT5 comes out, and look at how critics praise it as the best.

The bolded above makes you look fanboyish. Saying you don't like Halo isn't fanboyish, but saing its a piece of crap is especially since its a very high rated game, and then saying it can't be compared to another high rated game is quite fanboyish. Even if you would have put a simple "imo" in that sentence it wouldn't have been bad, but you stated it like a fact.
And actually Halo is close to being one of the best FPS out there.
