Smash Bros, Mario Galaxy, Resident Evil, Metroid, Zelda, Call of Duty, Sonic have sold very well on the Wii.
Others like MadWorld, HOTD:Overkill, Tenchu IV or Deadly Creatures bombed because of the lack of ads on tv...but don't get wrong, these games are not AAA. For example, in my case, I only spend my money on triple A games, 50-60 euros is too expensive for just a videogame and especially for the Wii, where development costs are not so high.
We will see if games like Monster Hunter 3 or Dragon Quest X sell or not, those are AAA titles.
If those games bomb, then we can confirm that hardcore games do not sell on the Wii.
