The fact that nomura is simply doing some serious thinking about KH3 most likely means that there won't be a KH3 for this generation. On top of that, the article also says that the next big kingdom hearts wont' even be KH3. So that just adds another layer of belief that we won't see kingdom hearts 3 this generation.
Honestly though, Kingdom hearts 3 should be for the PS2. Just to laugh at everyone who sold their PS2s.
